March 8th - @ 10a.m. - Herrin Park Start off the year with a new kind of spring out; This year's 5K Springout will be a couples race.
Entry: The run is open to teams of two - one female and one male. Combined ages will determine age divisions and combined times will determine places. Singles will be paired on the day of the run. Singles not paired may run for awards based on age group handicaps determined by national age group results.

Entry forms must be in by 12 noon Wednesday March 8th for $10(per person) entry fee - $1 off for RRR members, $12(per person) race day entry fee.
